I had a wonderful experience with Ratna during my hair spa treatment. She was friendly, professional, and very attentive to my preferences, especially regarding pressure and comfort. Lonny & Nur treated us wonderfully! I think at one point I was drooling I was so relaxed. Great head space treatment and then the blow dry and tea after were so warming and soothing before heading back out into the winter air! It’s nice to feel pampered

This place is amazing. After a very stressful week, I left feeling completely relaxed. The spa is extremely clean and peaceful. I booked the three-hour Valentine’s package, and it was worth every minute. I’m very satisfied with the service and the massage — the technician was knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be coming back!

I did the Refresh with Betty it was very relaxing and can’t recommend it enough. She carefully evaluated my scalp and the results were a night and day difference. I left feeling renewed and my hair has never felt healthier! Betty was amazing would definitely recommend her!

I love the service here! Vera is very thorough and thoughtful during the hair spa treatment. I would highly recommend her. She takes her time in giving care and attention to her clients. You will be in good hands with her! Here are the photos of after the treatment. Scalp is all clean and healthy. Jasmine tea and chocolate as a sweet dessert!

Absolutely loved my experience at Renew Head Spa! I booked the Refresh package for my first time at the spa and I will definitely be returning for more. The environment is so relaxing and calm and my hair and scalp felt so refreshed afterward. I recommend Renew to each person I've ever talked to who is looking to go to a head spa.

I had such a great experience at Renew Head Spa in South Philly. The scalp analysis was thorough, the wash left my hair feeling incredibly clean, and the massage was absolutely top tier. The environment was peaceful and professional, and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time visiting a head spa & it was an AMAZING experience. I will 100% be back. My services were THE MOST relaxing thing EVER! I got a “Refresh” with a woman named Petty & she was very kind & extremely attentive throughout. From the moment I walked in, the entire atmosphere was welcoming. I was greeted with multiple smiles. Perfect place for a reset. Thank youuu!

I had the Rejuvenate service with Alexis. I decided to treat myself for my day off for Employee Appreciation Day and also treat my dry scalp after this long winter. It was so relaxing and worth every penny. I hope to make time to come here at least a couple of times a year. Everyone is so nice and friendly as well!
